1. Koins are not currency.

2. They have no cash value and cannot be bought, sold, earned, transferred for money, used for compensation, or redeemed for any financial purposes.

3. There is never an obligation to give or receive Koins. Koins are a voluntary acknowledegment of donated time.

4. Koins serve to make more meaningful and gamify the experience of community service. 

5. All donated time is voluntary and is intended for personal, household, or community benefit, not for business or professional purposes.

To accelerate the growth and adoption of KoinPurse in community initiatives, we offer an affiliate marketing program. This program helps expand KoinPurse's reach while providing affiliates with an opportunity to earn significant, long-term income.

What is Affiliate Marketing?

Affiliate marketing is a performance-driven online marketing strategy where businesses reward third parties (affiliates) for generating sales. Affiliates earn commissions for each customer conversion they bring in using unique tracking links.

How It Works:

1. Affiliate Joins the Program – Affiliates sign up for the KoinPurse affiliate program (click button at bottom of page). READ TERMS AND CONDITIONS HERE. It is required to read these terms and condition before signing up as an affiliate.
2. Affiliate Promotes KoinPurse – Promotion can be done through blogs, social media, websites, email marketing, YouTube videos, or other channels as specified in the terms and conditions.
3. Customer Clicks the Affiliate Link – A tracking cookie is stored to record their engagement.
4. Conversion Happens – When the customer subscribes to KoinPurse, the affiliate gets commission credit.
5. Affiliate Earns a Commission – Commissions are paid on a residual monthly basis (subject to terms and conditions), meaning affiliates continue earning as long as their referrals remain actively subscribed. Commissions are paid out through PayPal (this is the only pay out platform that we use).

At KoinPurse, we value trust, transparency, and long-term partnerships. Our affiliate program is designed to reward genuine promoters who believe in what we’re building. Unfortunately, some bad actors attempt to misuse affiliate programs for scams such as credit card fraud. To ensure that we only work with legitimate affiliates, we ask all new applicants to complete an approval process (button below).

NOTICE OF FRAUD PREVENTION AND ENFORCEMENT
KoinPurse takes fraud prevention extremely seriously. All affiliate activity is actively monitored, and any attempt to use stolen cards, fake accounts, or other unlawful practices will result in immediate termination and referral to law enforcement. We welcome legitimate affiliates, but fraudulent activity will be detected, blocked, and prosecuted.
