To protect our affiliates, our customers, and our company, we take fraud prevention seriously. Unfortunately, some bad actors attempt to misuse affiliate programs for scams such as credit card fraud. To ensure that we only work with legitimate affiliates, we ask all new applicants to complete a short questionnaire before approval.

We designed the questionnaire to be thorough but respectful—we do not ask for sensitive personal information, and your responses are kept confidential. Our goal is not to discourage applicants, but to create a safe, fair, and supportive environment for everyone involved.
