Any attempt to exploit this program for unlawful purposes—including but not limited to the use of stolen credit cards, fake or automated accounts, subscription fraud, or any scheme intended to disguise or “launder” illicit funds—will be treated as criminal activity.

Be advised:

• Immediate Termination: Any account involved in fraudulent activity will be permanently banned without payment of commissions, regardless of amount earned.
   
• Legal Action: All evidence of fraudulent activity will be preserved and forwarded to federal law enforcement (including the FBI, Secret Service, and financial crimes units) for prosecution under wire fraud, identity theft, and money laundering statutes. These crimes carry penalties of up to 20 years imprisonment and substantial fines.
   
• Civil Liability: Offenders will be held personally liable for all damages, chargebacks, legal costs, and investigative expenses, which may result in judgments far exceeding any attempted gains.
   
• Advanced Detection: Every transaction is actively monitored using fraud prevention systems and manual review. Sudden spikes in subscriptions, unusual payment patterns, or mass sign-ups will trigger immediate investigation.
